Your Content: When you upload or submit logos, digital images, or cinematic artwork for customization or printing, you retain full ownership. However, you guarantee that you own the rights to these graphics and that they do not violate any copyright laws.
Our Content: Unless otherwise stated, Velon Printz and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material, templates, and designs displayed directly on this website.
2. Service & Custom Orders
Print Accuracy: We utilize high-precision plotters and advanced digital printers to ensure maximum quality. However, slight variations in color tone might occur between digital screen views (RGB) and physical prints (CMYK).
Order Approvals: For highly customized prints or commercial graphics plotting, final designs will be confirmed with the customer before processing. Once printing begins, modifications cannot be made.
3. Shipping, Delivery & Damage Policy
We take extreme care in packaging our customized products (such as matte-finished photo frames) to ensure safe transit without glass breakage or physical damage.
Velon Printz is not directly liable for delays caused by third-party courier logistics services.
If you receive a product that was significantly damaged during transit, you must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with proof (unboxing video/photos) to process a replacement or resolution.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Due to the highly personalized nature of digital printing, custom framing, and graphic merchandise, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the physical production/printing phase has commenced.
